Travel: Win £250 cash

It's that time of year where everyone is off on their summer holidays - everyone but me. I've already been on two holidays this year, one to Paris in June and another to the Isle of Wight in July which I will be writing about soon. I would love to go on another holiday later on in the year, however I really can't afford it at the moment and I'm sure that a lot of people are in the same boat.

Luckily, UKBreakaways are running a competition which is open to all bloggers to win £250 in cash which you can spend on whatever you want! All you have to do is write about your favourite place in the UK, in no more than 600 words and you could be in with the chance of winning the money.
I know that we all have at least one place in the UK that is close to our hearts.

Whether it be somewhere we used to visit as a child, a favourite holiday destination, the place you were proposed to or simply somewhere that you used to live. I'll definitely be entering this amazing competition myself  next week, I've got a couple of places in mind already. I just need to decide which one is my favourite.
If I won I would spend the £250 on a trip down South to see my friends from uni and also on a trip up to Edinburgh and then over to Berwick to see Amy. I might even teat myself to train tickets instead of getting the ten hour overnight coach!

First prize: £250 in cash
Second prize: £100 in UKBreakaway vouchers
3x runners up prizes: £50 in UKBreakaway vouchers

So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and enter! The competition closes on August 31st.
You can find all of the rules for entering on the link above. Good luck everyone!
