With Valentine's Day just around the corner, I've found myself looking at all the lingerie that's out in the shops at the moment (despite not having anyone to wear it for - bring out the violins!) and making a wishlist. I can't afford Agent Provocateur (even though I really wish I could) or even Ann Summers but I've had a look at the usual, affordable high street shops and I've managed to pick out these pieces from Topshop, Matalan and La Senza. I must admit, Topshop and Matalan aren't the sort of places I'd immediately run to if I needed underwear but I am so in love with this peach 1950s style set and the highwaisted knickers would help to hide my belly which I've become a bit self conscious of recently. Although, I have recently (accidentally!) lost a bit of weight and am now almost back at my pre-uni figure, so I think now is the perfect time to buy some new underwear, even if it is just for myself! I really love the peach set from Topshop, I'm hoping it's in the Birmingham store so I can pick it up this week. I love the classic style and I think it would be super flattering on all body types.
I haven't seen many bloggers talking about lingerie on their blogs, I think it's a bit of a taboo to be honest. We all wear it though, so what's the problem?

ebay is a really good place to buy Agent Provocateur on the cheap if you want a set, in fact my most recent post is about how good ebay is for high end lingerie and my most recent AP bargain.

I'm such a lingerie fiend I have way too much, it always cheers me up! And you're right more bloggers need to embrace lingerie and underneath; you're right we all wear it!
