MAC Studio Finish Concealer Review

MAC Studio Finish Concealer in NC15 - available here

This is one of the products I picked up while I was in Harrods last month. I was having a bit of a TREAT YO SELF day in celebration of my degree. I was originally going to get a Benefit concealer but this caught my eye and after a quick google for reviews, I decided to get it.

At £14.50 for 7g of product, this concealer is really good value compared to other high end alternatives. The creamy consistency blends really well and provides a long lasting, full coverage without looking cakey. I use this under my eyes to hide my dark circles, on any old blemish marks and also on any current blemishes that I may have. Once set with a powder, I find that this stays put for at least 8 hours. The SPF 35 is an extra added bonus that I'm pleased about. I've been using it everyday for the month or so that I've had it and I've hardly made a dent in the pan.  This is definitely something that I will be repurchasing when I do eventually run out.

Have you tried this concealer? If not, what's your favourite?

  3. How would you put this on? with your fingers, or a sponge, or a brush? It looks intriguing! is it quite heavy when you're putting it on, like do you need to blend it a lot? or is it just nice?

I'm so glad you've posted about this cause I've just run out of concealer! xx

  7. I've been wanting to try this concealer for the longest time. I'm not sure if NC15 will be pale enough for me though... I don't have a MAC counter anywhere near me, so I can't get matched up. I think I might just risk it.
