Lifestyle: Share A Smile
When was the last time you made someone smile? Smiling is an important part of life, it's contagious and it's been proven that it can lift your mood and boost your immune system. Even if you force a smile, you will feel a whole lot better. Smiling at work will also help you to get a promotion - nobody wants to promote anyone miserable now, do they?
Making other people smile is easy, you only need to be nice to someone or even smile at them! I was recently given £50 by Oasis Dental Care who are running a campaign called Share a Smile. The idea was to use the money to make someone smile. It took me a few days to think about who I wanted to make smile and what I was going to spend the money on, but I decided to treat my friend Amy to Sunday Brunch at Malmaison in Birmingham.
Malmaison's Sunday Brunch is amazing, for only £20 each you get a three course meal - one of the courses is a buffet! This was the most perfect weekend treat, we even had a glass or two of champagne with our meal before heading over to the Bullring for some retail therapy.

Ah this is such a lovely idea! And the meal sounds amazing, anything with a buffet is fine by me ;)

The last time I made someone smile was when I helped my Nan out with something - she wasn't even expecting me to be there so it felt really good x
ReplyDeleteThe latest time I made someone smile was when I cooked for them.
