L-R: Cupcake, Dollymix, Candy Floss
I'd been looking for a lilac blush for a while and then Alice told me all about this gorgeous palette from Sleek. Unfortunately, by the time I discovered it, it was all sold out in stores as it's limited edition. I managed to track one down on Amazon and had it on my wishlist for a couple of months until I saw a post by Rachel and just knew I had to order it. I was so pleased when it arrived and I finally had it.
This palette contains three blushes, one cream and two powder. The cream blush, Cupcake is a lovely blue toned pink which gives a dewy finish to the cheeks. It's very pigmented so a little goes a long way, I find that I really have to buff this in with my stippling brush otherwise it can leave me looking like a clown. Dollymix is a matte blush and is a gorgeous lilac shade. This isn't as pigmented as the other two but it is very buildable and looks great against my pale complexion, it's quickly become my everyday blush. The final blush, Candy Floss is a bright pink with a hint of red shimmer running through it. Again, it's very pigmented so you have to apply this with a light hand but it's great for giving you that flushed glow that makes it look like you've just been for a brisk walk in the cold.
I'm so pleased I finally took the plunge and bought this palette and it was such a bargain at £9.99. This is now sold out in stores but you can purchase it from Amazon for £7.95 (+ £1.99 p&p) here.
