Indian Summer

Skirt: New Look
Blouse: New Look (Kids)

Cardigan: H&M
Shoes: New Look

Hello Indian Summer! We've had such a rainy August, it's about time we had a bit of sunshine! I bought this skirt and blouse a couple of weeks ago and I've been waiting for some decent weather so I could wear them. I must say though, I'm so ready for autumn. I can't wait to start layering up shirts and jumpers and wearing orange, burgundy and rust colours again. Plus, autumn means it's nearly my birthday (32 days and counting!) and it also means we're closer to Christmas! I'm a bit sad this year as it's the first September in 18 years that I won't be going back to some sort of education. Can I start uni all over again please? I miss my student discount already.

I really love this skirt, despite it making my legs look a bit stumpy and I hope I can make it work for the colder weather too. You can't see but the blouse has lace on the shoulders and around the back and will go with everything. I got it from the kids section because it's cheaper than the normal bit and an age 12-13 generally works out at about a size 8.
